Currently all models of Blackberries are supported with the exception of Blackberry 8800 series or higher Blackberry Pearl Blackberry has made changes that make them currently incompatible for synchronization purposes in the Cistra Innoterm environment. Current ETA for a fix for this issue is Q2 of 2008. Cistra users should contact their sales representative before purchasing PDA devices and other peripherals to confirm compatibility with the system before purchase.
