<description>&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Support Bulletin Update&lt;br&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;August 29, 2007&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There has been an update with respect to support for Blackberry synchronization in the Cistra Innoterm environment.&amp;nbsp; Currently all models of Blackberries are supported with the exception of&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Blackberry 8800 series or higher&lt;br&gt;Blackberry Pearl&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Blackberry has made changes that make them currently incompatible for synchronization purposes in the Cistra Innoterm environment.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Current ETA for a fix for this issue is Q2 of 2008.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Cistra users should contact their sales representative before purchasing PDA devices and other peripherals to confirm compatibility with the system before purchase.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Cistra Support Services</description>

All of the&lt;br&gt;software provided by the vendors is optimized to run on current local PC s and laptops. The&lt;br&gt;software provided for these new devices is generally unsupported in our environment and it can&lt;br&gt;take up to several months for the vendors to supply versions that are fully functional in our&lt;br&gt;environment. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Due to software incompatibility with InnoTerm, certain handheld devices are not&lt;br&gt;currently supported:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
